FAQ

How much do you charge?

My fee starts at $5,000 for a home sale, depending on the services you need. Prices for home purchases are typically set by the realtor on the seller side, but all my prices are negotiable.

Why should I choose you over other realtors?

My pricing model is a reflection of the way I view others. Not as numbers, but as people who I can help in their home search. I’m selective with my workload and don’t juggle dozens of clients at a time. I will give you the attention and service you deserve.

What is your communication style with clients like?

I keep in constant communication with my clients. I’m available by text, call, or email.

What is your schedule and availability?

I have office hours from 8am – 6pm. But it’s not uncommon to call my clients in the evening. In short, I work with your schedule!

Which areas of Kansas City do you work in?

I am a licensed realtor in Missouri and Kansas, so I represent clients across the entire KC metropolitan area. That includes the Northland (Smithville, Kearney), Midtown-Westport, Plaza (Brookside), South KC (Overland Park, Shawnee) and the East Side (BlueHills, Vineyard).

I’m familiar with all of these areas, and I spent much of my life in Northeast KC. You tell me what you’re wanting and I’ll find a home for you!
